This is the final reminder - see you at the Kick-Off Party June 14th at the Roostertail!
All Volunteers attending the Kickoff Party are asked to RVSP to the DRRA at (586) 774-0980 or contact us ASAP! Please realize the importance to have an accurate head count for the Roostertail as they are being so gracious in hosting our party.
Doors open at 5:30pm , food stations at 6:30. The meeting will probably begin around 7:30.

Meet And Greet The Drivers And F/A-18 Pilots
At 5:30 on Saturday July 14th, be sure to visit the Air National Guard stage for a meet & greet with the Unlimited Hydroplane drivers and F/A-18 pilots.
Local Bands To Play At The Gold Cup Event
Enjoy local music from Kari Holmes, Aeris and Groove Worthy at the Air National Guard stage during the Gold Cup event.
Detroit Racing Legends
Each year the Detroit Racing Legends host a presentation honoring drivers and personalities from the history of hydroplane racing.
This year the presentation is "Lightning On The Water", a tribute to Chuck Thompson Sr. and Jr.
The event is held at Sindbad's near the main pits, Friday July 13th at 11:00am. The event is free (cash bar) and draws quite a crowd.
